Version 1.3.1
Warmup Volume Toggle
Added a new "Stats" section in Settings > Behaviour. You can now toggle off Warmup sets from being included in Volume calculations across the app.
Apple Health Calorie & Bodyweight Sync
Workouts synced to Apple Health now include estimated calorie data. Bodyweight is also synced bi-directionally between Fitera and Apple Health.

Rest Timer notifications can now sound even when your device is in Silent Mode. Enable it under Rest Timer settings.
Muscle Group Quick Access
Change or filter by Muscle Group directly from the quick-access bar when viewing an exercise.
View Stats by Sets
View your Top Exercises and Upper/Lower body distribution by sets, not just volume.
Weight & Reps in Progression Charts
Weight Progression charts now show your reps alongside each data point, and Reps Progression charts show your weight.
Medicine Ball
Medicine Ball is now available as an equipment type for your exercises.
Quick Swap
Temporarily swap out an exercise during an active session without saving the change to your workout. Perfect for when equipment is taken or you want to mix things up on the fly.

Weight Unit Selection During Import
When importing workouts from other apps, you can now choose whether your weights are in pounds or kilograms. No more assuming everything is in kilos.
Configurable Week Start Day
Choose whether your week starts on Sunday or Monday. Find this option under Settings > Behaviour > Calendar. Your calendar, stats, and streaks will all respect your preference.
